red fruit jelly

You need:


preparation:

Wash the berries if you have fresh ones.
Then cut the berries into small pieces.
Put the starch and a bit of the juice (maybe 6 tablespoons) in the big pot and stir and mix until no lumps are left. Add the rest of the juice, the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Let it come to a boil while stirring all the time. Then reduce the heat of the oven to 2-3.
Now add the berries and cherries to the pot.

Continue stirring until the mix isn't too liquid anymore but starts to look like jelly.
Then put the fruit jelly into a big bowl and let it cool.
Prepare a vanilla pudding or sauce to eat with the red fruit jelly.
Enjoy!
