how to grow:

Feverfew can easily be grown by seed. They are perennials and come back every year. They are hardy in US zones 5-9.


medicinal properties:

Feverfew is best used to prevent and lessen migraine. It is said to be especially helpful for migraines that can be relieved by applying warmth to the head.
Feverfew is also said to reduce fever and allergic reactions. It might be able to reduce acute arthritis. It is also good for colds and the flu.


cautions and possible side effects:

Don't use during pregnancy.
Don't use feverfew if you are taking blood thinning medication.
